Do I have to order a special one if it's a lefty bass? Anyone know?

I don't see why you would. Mine is just 4 saddles, arranged in no special manner. You can intonate the bass just fine.

The only caveat to this is if the saddles have been slotted for a right hand bass...you'd need to take the saddles off and reverse them so that the bigger slots are on top if it's installed on a lefty bass. If it's a new one, you wouldn't have to worry about it...you'd need to get the saddles slotted anyway.

It should work exactly the same on a lefty.

When I bought a Badass II bridge brand new (over 15 years ago) it came unslotted. Not sure if they still come that way though.

They do indeed still come unslotted. I slapped one on a Mexican P-Bass a couple months ago. Way better than the stock bridge, by the way.
