Badger rampage injures five!!

  1. I'm not sure if this is really scary, or really funny or what...!

"A rogue badger attacked five people during a 48-hour rampage in a quiet suburb"

    BBC news story

"The police officer told me it had kept some of their officers at bay and indeed they had to jump on to the bonnet of a car to escape it."

I probably shouldn't be laughing. People got seriously hurt. :(

  6. "My belief is that this badger had been brought up from a cub with people. The evidence for that is the fact that it had no fear of humans at all."

We don't need no steenkin' badgers!!!!

(20 points to whoever first correctly posts what movie that line is from! :D)
  12. UHF?!?

I saw more about it on the evening news - apparently, it was an escaped one from an animal sanctuary that had been raised by humans.

    Don'tcha love WILD wildlife?

Well, that was my immediate response. It's UHF, but check it out:

It's every use of "We don't need no stinkin' badges" in film, but also includes the badgers bit as an offshot of said phrase. So, you can actually see the video clip of "badgers" and what not.

    Tre cool, no?

raised by people.....OOH! idea, I'll raise a bunch of badgers from cubs and train them to be my personal evil badger army! MUHAHAHA!! I'll take over the world by means of badger attacks! It's perfect!

*runs off and tries to find badgers*

*comes back a few hours later missing a hand and a large chunk of flesh*

............well crap...... back to the drawing board.

Better go to Madison, Wisconsin. You'll find quite a few. They're usually in the bars right after finals. Buy them a beer and they're easy to trap.
