    Happy new cab day here. Just loaded Eminence 3012LF from fellow TB'er today into Bag End S12-D. Picked the empty Bag End up on CL for $65. This little 12 inch cab is now a real earth shaker. No rattles, no buzz, just big low-end sound. Paired with the big brother S-15 it will really move some air. Using GK MB500 for power and like the results. Plus the whole package fits in the trunk of a VW. So a quasi mini rig of doom becomes a pretty powerful package when paired together. I have been a Bag End fan for over 30 years but even more today.

    Nice one !

    I’ve contemplated something similar as I’ve a D12-D & although I love it I struggle with its weight :( so I thought about some neo drivers (kappalite 12’s) but was worried of messing up the cab, blocking holes & adding new ports etc .. also not sure how much weight saving there would actually be .. so building a 115 instead lol

    I had a driver go dead in one of my two Bag End S12D and was looking to replace it with a Kappalite 3012LF. I'm worried that the high end would be wanting as the 3012LF isn't a full range driver. You don't miss anything?

    For the price of one Bag End replacement I can get two Kappalites. I'm soooo tempted.
