What does the Bag End S15-D sound like?
Is it comparable to any other speaker manufactorers cabs?
I´ve tried speakers from ampeg, swr, carvin, ashdown, peavey, ebs, fender...
I´m not able to play bag end here in sweden.

How loud can one of these s15-d:s play?
I plan to use it with an ashdown head, old precisionbass and want a vintage sound.
  2. Got my s15 d about 6 weeks ago , plan on getting more it sounds great with either my ampeg or swr head . I have owned and played thru many brand of cabs and if there was ever one that I would recommend sight unseen it would be the bag end , they play loud ,are extremly portable, priced right etc etc there really is no downside to these cabs I find them warm yet modern sounding .My plan is to add the s12d to the 15 and just start leaving my 90 pound 4-10 at home

I second what Rick said... I've had my S-15D for about 3 months now, and I love it...

Very loud for its size, and it can handle the upper register better than some other 15s I've tried.
