Bart 9CBJD-L3 in P/J?

In a P/J, would the Bartolini 9CBJD-L3 (hum-canceling/Classic/bright bridge) be a good match to the Fender '62 P pickup? I already have the '62, which is rich, balanced and defined, and I want the jazz pup to contribute good edge and brightness while being well matched in output. I have seen a reference to the Bart being a little wimpy, but one person's wimpy is another person's well behaved. (By the way, I currently have the DiMarzio P/J installed, and I'm generally looking to move to something with a touch more air and edge.)
