basic lines

    hey just wondering if anyone knows of any sites which would have some funky bass lines i could play(basic/average skill level) cause i just want a few things to learn and progress on that sound good on their own. thanks

    You aren't going to find "Funky basslines" on any websites. You are going to find them in music. Listen to some funky tunes then find some kind of transcription for them online... or figure it out by ear. Whatever floats your boat.

    Get Thee to the nearest Carol Kaye book. If you can find one. Lot's of funky "boogaloo" there. Until then snoop around here http://www.activebass.com/

    You should be able to find something there.

    Oh yeah and do what StupidMatt said too. :D

    Oh I almost forgot, Listen to alot of Motown and get the James Jamerson book.
