I'm planning to go. I went this past March and it was very helpful. I got to meet and interact with Gerald Veasley, Victor Wooten, Victor Bailey, Gary Willis, Michael Manring, and Brian Bromberg. Plus you can sign up for private lessons with them. It's a good deal.

I was there too. It was neat to see all these amazing bassists perform and talk to us about playing bass. A bunch of cool people there too. I didn't do the private lessons, but maybe next time. It was a little light on the instruction, but heavy on the inspiration. It was a great experience.

I will be there. I have the greatest wife in the world. She bought me the weekend as a Christmas present this year. I can't wait. Should be a great time. Hope to meet some of you there.

    What?

Gerald's played with Joe Zawinul, McCoy Tyner and Grover Washington Jr, to name a few.

Why do you think he can't play?

Having went to the one last year, I'd say you probably need to see him again.

If you don't like the music, understandable. If you think he don't have the skills, that is a whole different ball park. I'd say you might want to get some tickets.

    I'll see you there.
