Anyone ever been to this place? I know I've got to go there soon because it's the only place near me that even stocks Lefty Stingrays. Then in the future, I'll have to break down and buy a Lefty Stingray from em prolly.

Is it near UCF? I need to visit there too, it'll prolly be my future college.

  2. I've been there, as have lots of other TB'ers. Heck, at least on of the employees, Gard, is active here on Talkbass. It's a cool place to visit, and they're great guys to deal with.

It's on the north side of Orlando. I couldn't tell you if it's near UCF, though, since I went to USF over in Tampa.

Gard rules. Be sure to call and find out when he's working, so you can meet him. Then set aside 3 or 4 hours to drool on their gear. It's cool, man.

I bought a Nemesis 2-10 combo from there.

Well actually my dad did, but he said that it was great wroking with them and that the price he got was the best he saw (factoring in the shipping cost).

Im probably gonna make a trip up there in a couple weeks.

    Peace
    Nick

    ...somebody call me???

    ;)

LPB, I've been there a few times. Like about 6 days a week, 10-7 M-F, 11-5 Sat. In otherwords, I don't just work there, I practically LIVE there! We've always got a pretty decent selection of lefty's in stock, particularly in Stingrays, Sterlings, and Stingray 5's.

UC(an't)F(inish) ( ;) ) is about 15-20 minutes away depending on traffic and the route you choose, so it's not too far off.

And the rest of you mugs...thanks for the kind words!!! Your checks are in the mail...

Just don't let him sprinkle anything on you while you are there. It's his magical "Buy Me" dust, and it's evil, I tell you, EVIL!
    Ahem.

Other than that, they pretty much rock. So much so, I gave them all of my money, and now I live in a box with a really nice bass amp.

    Hey Gard,

My good buddy Peter "Harleyyy" Dapello has been on a contract job all week outside Coco Beach and flys out of Orlando Friday afternoon and is planning on stopping in to BC Friday afternoon. Keep your eye's peeled for the dude on the right in this pic on Friday and polish up any Wal fretless basses you have laying around ok?

    Dude -

Any friend of yours....I'M CALLIN' THE POLICE ON!!!

    ;)

If you talk to him, tell him to feel free to call or e-mail us for directions, we'll treat him like family. The Wal wall is a bit bare right now, waiting for Pete to get a few done and shipped over, but what we have is of course wonderful. By the way, that's a nice lookin' Lull, are those orange LEDs??? :D

That's Pete's Lull M-5 that he had Martin Sims do the custom LED job on a few months ago. Peter also owns 2 other Lulls including Eddie Jackson's old tour bass that I hooked him up with. Here's a pic of Peter, Eddie and that one! You guys Lull dealers? If so Peter really could use a Lull fretless...hook him up bro ok? I had a falling out with Lull last year so you 'da man!

I'll call him on his cell in the morning and tell him to look you up ok?

And I promise to be nice, don't send any of your "big" friends, ok??? PLEASE DON'T HURT ME!!!!!

    ;)

Look forward to Pete stoppin' in. :D

Well, I kind of have a special deal going...my inlaws live just outside Orlando. So, every time I agree to go with my wife, she feels bad that we're spending so much time with her family and that I'm bored. So, I ask for just a couple hours to head over there.

It's only worked once, but now that I'm hoping to plunk down some cash towards an Elrick next time I'm in town...

    Gard...you awake, man?:D
