  1. Well, the Wife received a new camera for her B-day so I thought I would snap some family pics!

That is one awesome family. What year was the fretless F-Bass made?

  3. Thanks, I believe the F is around 84. Pre ebony bridge. Back when neck through was standard.

Here is my modest yet very useful family.

  7. I love Sadowsky basses, in particular those with the block inlays and bound fretboards. Nice family!!!! :bassist:

  8. Nice! Where did you get all those Sadowskys? Club Bass? Is there any store in Montreal that sells them?

  9. Thanks!

  10. Beautiful Family !!!!!!!!:)

  11. I actually got them all off of TB (all the basses except for the F bass). Club Bass is the only Canadian retailer that ships. No stores in Montreal. If anyone is thinking of ordering one from Club Bass but wants to try first feel free to email me. You're all welcome to check them out. (I would have no fear ordering a Sadowsky without playing one first though)

Dave at Club Bass has some killer Metros in stock right now. I was in Toronto last week for some gigs and a recording and got to stop by Club Bass. I wish we could sell blood in Canada as I would have bought them all! They had a brand new Metro P hybrid in stock that was amazing! (Not to mention the Markbass F1 and Bergie neo 410. I think I will be selling my EA cxl 112s soon and also upgrading my Little Mark2 for an F1, but back to the topic on hand...)

  12. Thank you Sir!

  13. What a bunch of overpriced "parts basses." Sheesh! Why not just get a Fender, man?

    :p

Just kidding, dude. Great family. Love the fiver with the blocks. Rock them in good health.

  14. Thanks. I have actually had someone come up to me at a gig and ask me about the bass. They basically said "Maybe someday you'll be able to get a real Fender" That cracked me up!

Beautiful family you have there. Why not throw them in the car and take them down to Orange Julep on Decarie for a treat. (especially since I can't) :D

    Nice familly!!

  20. I ordered my Sadowsky preamp pedal from Club Bass but I've never been to the store. I'm going to Bass Central in August, they oughta have some Sads to try, plus other high end brands of course. I'll probably start a thread about my visit.

I've thought about ordering a Sadowsky but I'd prefer to try a few to see which model is for me. The one that interests me, based on soundclips I've heard, is the Modern but you never know.
