Bass family picture (WARNING: sofa content)

  1. Move over John Turner! :D

    Back row, left to right:

    Sadowsky M5-24
Ken Smith BSR5MW (or something like that)
    Warwick Infinity neck-through
Warmoth parts bass: black limba body, wenge neck/ebony fingerboard

    Front row, left to right:

Warmoth parts bass: walnut body, maple neck/ebony fingerboard
Warmoth parts bass: koa body, maple neck/ebony fingerboard
    Carvin Icon
    Conklin Groove Tools GT5
    Peavey Fury

The ones in the back get the most playing time (the Carvin gets a fair bit of use as well).

I always like seeing your basses. I can't decide if I like the koa Warmoth or the Icon the best.

Nice collection! If you are going to displace JT you are going to need a double neck and a cat... ;)

    heh heh. very nice.
  11. You are correct. I'm not sure of the exact weight but it's over 10 pounds.
  12. Sorry but the Infinity is a keeper. Thanks!

    I just love family photo's!!
  14. I think subconciously you want to get an Icon with a koa top. ;)

The koa Warmoth gets played less than the limba one but it's a great bass and is a keeper. It's a nice combination of exotic woods, plus koa is getting expensive!
  15. Warmoth walnut is my fav, very nice.
