This is a bass being sold at ctbasses.com. I'm not selling this, so I put it in this forum. I thought someone here might be interested.

That has to be one of the most beautiful basses ever all the style and beauty of a double bass and all the cool factor of an electric.

I'd part ex my girlfriend for that if I could god knows that bass is nicer. :D

Thats not a CT bass, merely a bass on sale at the CT site.

Go to www.ctbasses.com and check the fore sale page. Read carefully.

I hear you! I was amazed by the price, and also thought that it was one of the best looking CT's I had ever seen. I was tempted there for a little while, and wondering where I could get $1800.

I'm with Oysterman on this. The looks of that instrument do nothing for me....except maybe make me sick. :D

    Different strokes I guess.

I once had impure thoughts. Oh, and I pluck my ear hair.
You guys got it all wrong! That's the latest Steve Wishnevsky model, soon to appear on an eBay auction near you! ;)

You can have all the controls in the world on your bass and never make it sound good... Ernie Ball makes guitars with only one control. the volume...
Neck through isn't necessarily going to make a bass better, some people actually like bolt-on more than they like neck thru...

I think the bass is kinda cool... it wouldn't be right for me though. Very neat bass however ;)

Heh, the Gibson Nikki Sixx signature has only an on/off switch... I bet it costs more than $1800. ;)

that's why you should buy a Mark Hoppus bass (one split pickup, one volume control FOR WAY LESS MONEY!)
