I did this once before. The short version: The neck is sitting in the corner of my room collecting dust because I was mislead.

This item looks promising for my jazz build, and the price is beyond reasonable.

    Should I trust it?

The plan: I want to get a neck with block inlays. Warmoth and Allparts are the only two I can find and they are $300+. I figure I could buy this neck for $100, and take it to my luither to get pearloid block inlays in it for far cheaper than what I would pay.

I know the risks of ebay, been around enough to figure it out, so I dont need any "buyer beware" speeches.

Just advice as if this is a good idea or not.

I would look at Stewart McDonald first. And if that doesn't work for you look for an Allparts or Warmouth neck. Mighty Might has been around for quite some time, but the shipped to Korea aspect of these products makes me wonder.

good call, his are a little more but i would feel better about it.

about the block inlays, maybe ill do an inlay sticker until i can get the real thing.
im testing them with my sx first to see.

  4. For that price I got a genuine fender MIM P neck, put in on my own build, and it is perfect, never had a problem. Wish I remembered the seller..

i would prefer a jazz neck,
i have thought of putting a p neck on it
just because they are so common on ebay
compared to trying to find a jazz.

im broke right now, so we will wait and see.

Depends on the Precision. Jazz = 1.5" (A) nut, while Precision is either 1.63" (B) or 1.75" (C) width.
