bass on front of Klaus Blasquiz book

    Hi I got a bout a week ago s/ hand the Fender bass by Klaus Blasquiz.
    What I was wondering what is the 2 bass ( both same sb & white ) are & what does the front switch? do ?. Also Inoticed the white button between the 2 knowbs what does it do ? thanks
    Were these basses put into production or not ?
    I realised there were so many basses I never knew about

    They were called the Precision Plus. They came out in the late 80s. I guess it was attempt by Fender to modernize the Precision, but I don't think they were a huge commercial success.

    Hi thanks for that so the front switch is like Gibson ie neck / both / bridge & the white switch is series / paralell ?

    Yeah, I think that's correct. If you go to www.fender.com , have a look for the specification document on there, it should explain what everything does.
