Ok the pod def. needs its own megathread. So here it is.. Here you can show off your recording, tips, tricks, and patches. I will host the patches if you follow these simple instructions: 1.) I want them in a zipped format with your screen name (ie ibanezcollector.zip) 2.) I will also host screenshots of your pod settings if needed for others who cant download the patches for some odd reason also follow the above (ie ibanezcollector.jpg) 3.) email them to me or aim me ibanezcollector2 Here is a song I reworked featuring the Ampeg Sim with 8x10 cabinets using the Tube 47 mic close model in studio mode. I took the original cd track and cut around 160hz down -24db essentially cutting the low end out of the mix so my bass tone would come thru. http://www.ibanezpodxt.com/SongsReworked/WelcomeBass.mp3 Settings on the Pod Also here is a video I shot using the same model So without further ado, lets get this thread going.. Post your tips and tricks, videos, mp3s, or what have you.. If you need hosting email me or aim me ibanezcollector2
thanks. im not quite sure how to get my patches out, but ill try to figure it out. btw, does it matter that i have the Guitar POD with the Bass Expansion pack?
nope doesnt matter.. to take em out there saved in a folder. Im on mac so I cant tell ya where there saved on windows. But you find the presets in the folder put them in a new folder and zip it up and send it over.
If i come up with any "normal" sounding stuff I might e-mail you.... Probably not gonna happen though. Except maybe my dub stuff....
Here is a patch from OP1964 for getting a Upright tone on a electric. http://www.ibanezpodxt.com/PodXT/OP1964.zip
Long time quiet thread, but let's see if anyone's out there: I would like to add a 2nd expression pedal to my BassPod XT Live, but trying to figure out which non-line6 models may work is kinda iffy. There's a lot of guesses and "maybes" out on the web, but what are y'all using that definitely works? The Roland EV5 looks good, anyone try the MAudio one with a PodXT?
