Bass PODXT vs Sadowsky Preamp / DI vs Raven Labs PHA-1

    Hi all,

    Am thinking of getting an offboard preamp for my basses for tone consistency during gigs. I am looking at the Bass PODXT, Sadowsky Preamp / DI Box and the Raven Labs PHA-1. Anyone who owns either units know which is the better of the two I should buy?

    Let me make sure I've got this straight:

    You've already got a PODXT, and you want either the Sadowski or the Raven labs?

    Unless you want the headphone capabilities, I'd recommend the Sadowski. But decide for yourself -- they're both up on basstasters.com!

    Sadowski was designed specifically for bass.
