my grandpa recently gave me an SR&D Bass Rockman designed by Tom Scholz. it's got some really nice effects on it (EQ stabalizer, distortion, chorus, sustain). i really like playing around with it, but haven't found many practical uses for it other than just helping get rid of some of the fuzz from my squier p-bass and adding a rounder tone to my playing. if anyone has heard of it, please let me know what i can do with it!

  2. These type of units were originaly made for musicians who traveled. The allow you to practice silently, to play along with a tape. Having this type of practice amp lets you walk around outside and play, some of my best ideas have come to me in the morning while everyone is asleep.
