Thank the bass gods. Really been jonesing since I first heard Jesse Murphy. I've been wondering if the funk is just in the earlier models as a buddy of mine has a monster 66. Cheers

could you say anything about the difference between the '66's and the '71? I'm also thinking hard about getting a Mustang, and I'm wondering how much of a difference there is between the nitro and the poly version, and what you prefer? Thanks!

 

I prefer my '66 to anything, but I've heard later ones like the one that Beck has which I've used that sound great too. Plus they have the body cutaway that some people prefer. I like the slab body of the older ones better, plus I like the look of the lollipop tuners.
