No doubt this post will be met with many unfavourable response of "why?" But what is the best bass trem system out there? I play noise/drone/doom so the textural element (sonically) of it interests me. Contemplating a build to incorporate one at the moment- likely looking at the kahler systems. I have other basses that I use for the more traditional bass roles that I have + the more serious projects. Thoughts?

Ps. I understand finger vibrato/pre-bend and release and other techniques that will 'cop' these sounds. Just looking for information on the systems themselves.

Kahler seems to be the best, based on the research I've done.
