Because why not... I printed the infinity out on metal and it looks great. I have some photoshopping to do on the rest. The chambered ones look most interesting IMO. Enjoy! {} {} {} {}
cool...I saw my P bass go thru the xray at airport, would've loved to get a pic of it, wasn't possible. MJ
Cool. Years ago I owned a 1980 Veillette-Citron bass, one of whose unique features was a metal plate stamped with the serial number that was embedded between the wood laminations of the body...ostensibly for "x-ray confirmation" of ownership in cases of theft. I always wondered "Yeah, but who would go to the trouble to x-ray a bass?!?!" Now I know!
Hmmm...how about a wrap on a bass that's an image of it x-rayed? Clear pickup housings...someone run with that! (or just get the lucite 2 ton instrument)
Now this is some seriously high-quality hardcore bass porn. (If anyone needs me, I'll be in my bunk.)
Here in St. Petersburg, every underground station has an X-ray unit, and selective checks are routinely performed on passengers, so some luthiers ask the staff to X-ray a bass or a guitar to diagnose e.g. trussrod problems.
Are those the carbon fiber rods that you see in the Ibanez multiscale? I didn't know whether you could see those on an xray.
