Bassbone OD Question

    Hey there everyone,

    I recently picked up a Radial Bassbone OD, and have a question about it. When using the effects loop, I have to turn the gain way down as I get a clipping, popping, loss of volume... unless I activate the 180 phase. This happens with no effects, with effects, and with a patch from the send to receive. Also, this is through the headphone amp portion. Just wondering if I should bring it back for an exchange or if this is normal. If its normal, I'll live with it. If not, it's going back!
