Bassist for Blood Sweat and Tears on Nuclear Blues?

    Who is this person? He sounds rather Jaco-esque, but I think he did a good job on the album.

    Jim Fielder was their original bassist. He's an excellent player (still on the road with Neil Sadaka). But I don't recall the tune, what year was it recorded in?

    I have a lot of KD Lang albums with Piltch, great player!

    That figures. If he's been with KD Lang, I've probably seen him in person and didn't know who he was. :help:
    Sure sounds great on the BS&T stuff.
     
  6. Just found out that it´s him laying down that tasteful double bass on Madeleine Peyroux´ albums. Highly recommended!

    Ron McClure was another excellent BS&T bassist that came after the excellent Jimmy Fielder.

    I have a live BS&T CD with McClure tearing it up.
