  1. Sorry to post this here, but the local Indianapolis music site hasn't proven productive in finding the right bass player. Great site, but the musicians frequenting the board tend to fall into metal-punk-indy rock categories.

    We're an Indianapolis band called Motosota. I play flute and keys, (bass too - but not in this band), we have a really nice drummer and a good guitar player. We had a bassist but the guy just got too busy to play music.

    We're an instrumental-jazz-rock-whatever band. Looking for a bass player of any age. We practice generally once a week and maybe a weekend or two if possible. We're looking for someone who likes to make unusual, creative music.

    1. NO METAL. Sorry, it's not our thing.

    2. NO COVERS. We don't play them

    You don't need to be super-technically-oriented, just have a love of creative music and willingness to give it a try. You can hear our stuff at:
