Are there any remastered Beatles recordings with McCartney's bass volume louder than in the original recordings ?

I seem to remember hearing about a remastered recording released within the past five years which a reviewer said the bass was easier to hear than in the original recordings.

  2. Yellow Submarine Songtrack (not Soundtrack) is re-mixed and remastered. It sounds quite different than the standard "official" releases.

The 2009 stereo Remasters of the "official" 1960s albums do have better bass and drums. Sounds better overall, not super different than what was available before.

We will not see a real remix of the official catalog for some time as the Beatles or their widows are likely to veto it.

There are options, like the Yellow Submarine songtrack, Let It Be Naked, and Beatles Love.

To me many of the songs in the 2009 remasters sound like they're mixed or at least re-EQ'd with the bass and drums a little more prominent.
