I have it on pretty good authority, or at least someone I trust that the BX300T and the MAG 300 come from the same chinese factory. Can anyone else confirm or deny this? It would make sense anyways, they are the same amp from the same company of origin. He said on some of the earlier BX300Ts they actually say Ashdown on the PCB, and that Behringer didn't reverse engineer, they just are made in the same factory by them same people.
Interesting if true. They are both good amps for a damn fine price.

Chill the hell out. I did a search, and nothing completely satisfied my curiousity. Tell me more if you know so much, instead of acting like a prick.

Well, it seems to me I have "defied" you, and some across no definitive answer to this question. And yes, I have seen a lot of posts about this question, so how about an answer?

Behringer and Ashdown could very well be made in the same factory. Behringer does not own any plants of their own. Their stuff is made by contract. Happens all the time.

Well I am relatively new to it, but aren't the Moderators here to police the people being "difficult"?

That's why I love this forum. It's more fun than watching two women in a bar fight. Whenever that happened we made sure to keep on playing so that the bouncers wouldn't notice that there was a fight. Once we did a 20 minute version of "Grapevine" so everyone could enjoy the hair pulling and clothing being ripped apart. I Love this kind of forum action.

It is one of those things that are remotely possible but not at all likely.
