Anyone try this unit yet? Ive been getting mixed reviews and would really like to hear some other opinions.... :help:

  2. i haven't but from what i hear, the people who have them seem to like them!

personally, i'd buy one if the synth patch was what i am thinking it is, but nobody has recorded the synth patches yet...d'oh!

I hear Marcus Miller used one for distortion once...

  3. i've heard tones of negative things about this on reviews. not extremely bad, but the effects and such are supposed to suck. i think they put a bit too many features in it. a digitech BP200 would probly be way better at the job. i was thinkin about getting this but then i changed my mind cause of all the monkey crap thrown at it

havnt tried it, but i dont plan to either

I had one, sounded quite good. If my Pod Live hadn't filled the role, I'd have replaced it with another V-Amp.

The only bad thing I'll say about it is that it's made of plastic and it broke where something made out of metal probably
wouldn't have (snapped the input jack clean off the PCB).
