    It’s not new, but I love this interview/conversation with Ben Street, one of my favorite bass players. Pablo Held has a fantastic podcast, he asks the right questions, listens, and lets the conversation flow.

    A drummer friend of mine described Ben’s playing as “mysterious” and, upon reflection, I have to agree. He’s a beautiful, and very interesting player. Sometimes transparent and obscure, but always functioning at a fundamental level in support of the music.
