    Thanks ! Great pups too. I put a Audere in that a while back and it was a perfect match .

    Quick question since you have some experience with the pickups....when you put the Audere in the Vigier, did you get more noise? The Excess pickups are listed as single coils with a hum cancelling circuit. Did switching the preamps introduce more noise or are the pickups themselves split coils/hum cancelling?
