Hello fellow bassists. I'm trying to find the perfect cab for my mesa prodigy. I own a ph410 and a berg hd212. Both are ported and sound fantastic at bedroom levels, but at live levels, seem to bloom too much, hence my search for a closed cab. I've narrowed it down to these two. Anyone have experience with the prodigy and either of these cabs?

No, but I have played a GK MB200 through an NV412. Killer.

I'm a fingers style player 90% of the time. I play a jazz, p, and lakland 55-02. Rock, blues, funk, contemporary Christian genres mostly, if that will help narrow this search down

Never tried the mb200, so I don't know how that would compare

    I gig a Mesa M-6 Carbine into a Berg NV610 (never heard a NV412 so can't speak to it.)
The M-6/NV610 is a ABSOLUTELY killer combination that cuts through with authority in the LOUD outlaw country group I work with.

Sweet! Great to hear, because I've got an m6, prodigy and a ampeg pf500 I use as my practice amp at home. Hoping it will kill with all three
