Its off the sight. Whats up?
It is, indeed, discontinued, as is the HT210.
Thats the way I take it.
Sad, because this is one of the best sounding 115s out there. There are only two 115s I would you alone, this and a glockenklang.
I agree, I always reach for my HT115 when I need a single cab that can deliver the goods. I hope Jim re-introduces a 115 somewhere down the line. How about an NV115 + NV410?? Oh man that'd be sweet.
Sad. Now I will have to look for them used. I'm sure there are reasons behind this, and every Berg cab I have played sounded great, but for me these 2 cabs together are perfect, and owning 1 of each has made me no longer even curious about other cabs.
If Jim made an NV115 I would be on it right away to go with my NV610.
well you should check out the NV425, a 15 and 3 10s, thats close
Besides being a cool guy, Jim sure doesn't stagnate! I have his HT212 & HT310 that are great cabs, but he stopped making then years ago.
That does it, I'm definitly keeping my HT210 and HT115. No reason not to have a collection of vintage Bergs. right?
I own HT310, HT210, and HT115. I should have held onto my HT212, then I'd have the full set of extinct Bergs.
I allmost bought a 212 about 6 times and twice in the last 2 weeks. I'm so glad I didnt or I would never could have gottin the new Gaub!
An NV210 would be great, too.
I know I've posted this many times before, but I really love the sound of my HT210 & HT115.
Maybe I should get another pair? - Ouch, G.A.S.!!! - Better not.
I can't wait to see and hear what Jim B. is replacing them with.
I'm really curious to see what Mr. Bergantino has up his sleeve.
Rudys in NYC has a few new ones left...
In addition to my HT/EX stack, I recently bought two custom 1x15 subs made by Jim using an Eminence Omega Pro 15" driver in an HT322 box. Man, do these sound good! I bought them to use with my PA, but I couldn't resist trying the two of them stacked with my bass, and it was amazing good, even without a tweeter. I did have to boost the highs a bit, though. So, I got to thinking, what would look and sound good on top of those two cabs for a massive Bergie rig? Why, one HT310 on top of each, of course! So, two more Bergies on their way to the out of control cab collection!
(shudders in amazement)
wow, that's sick!
Tom, are the HT310 cabs still available by special order or are you finding them on the preowned market?
These are both used HT310's.
Despite the excellence of many other cabs I'm fortunate to own, nothing bests my HT115/HT210 stack for pure bass tone coherency. Wish they were a bit lighter and they'd go out more often...for sure!
