Bergantino forte headphone out

Hi all, just checking that this is normal: does everyone get hiss from the headphone output of the Bergantino forte, even when the bass isn't plugged in? I've seen reports of hiss from other bass amp headphone outs, but wanted to make sure nothing is wrong with my unit. Thanks.
