Bergantino HDN Series - 2 x 112s or 1 x 212?

As the title suggests, I am trying to decide between the two? In the past, I had both 2 x AE112s and 1 x AE212. I remember not hearing much difference... The two singles are much more practical to carry around; depending on the gig, I can take one or two with me. But if the 212 box has significant advantages sound-wise over the 2 x 112s, I will go that route...

Any suggestions?
