Never flew out of there. Took the hydrofoil to/From Hong Kong.
We did last time. It's more expensive but the evergreen deluxe class on Eva was worth it!
For me best would be the one with the one with the least resistive path from car to plane: Buffalo-Niagara.
Pearson is Canada's worst airport.
Gotta go through a couple of times in June. Wasn't able to route through YUL or YOW. Security and/or US customs is always a nightmare at YYZ.
What's this sunny St.John's crap? You townies (teeheehee)

YES! Dozens of times. It was always a great, if somewhat risky experience. The airport itself was such a microcosm of different cultures, and just so close to your hotel. The airport here was effectively closed for 3 days last week due to fog. One flight landed on friday. Even with ILS, visibility was too low for jets to land.
HNL is gorgeous and seemed pretty efficient, but the coolest airport I've ever seen is at Kona. Pretty much everything is outside and the buildings are all tiki hut-esque.
Hate O'hare... worst airport I've ever been in. Unfortunately it seems everytime I get on a plane they route it through O'hare.
