    No burst? :eyebrow:

I voted white as it's my favorite.

My favorite bass ever (My fretless 6) is burst... so I have a soft spot there.

I've been GASing over a LPB w/red tort guard Jazz fretless 6 lately... but I think it'll be white when all is said and done.

My first custom bass (Carvin special order) was Green, it was Cool! I dug that Green Bass

    so in order...

with Candy Apple Red rounding out the top 5 :bassist:

ohh yah, i forgot about burst, just choose stained wood if you want to choose burst.

has anyone ever seen a Blue burst with blue on the inside and black on the outside on a bass before? i've seen it on many acoustic guitars, im wondering if it would look good on a bass, my imagination is quite bad at this, so if anyone has pictures of a bass like that, please post them.
  5. Other = 3 tone sunburst.
  6. Can a mod add the above comment to the poll displayed on the talkbass homepage, 'cause you can't see it till after you have voted.

I voted blue, only because my parts bass is blue. Note, my other bass is natural quilted maple. BUT, the look that has me gas'ing the most these days,,, Is a highly figured walnut top, w/ an oil finish.
  14. I like deep red and sunburst :)

Black Stain, I got a Nordstrand and an R bass coming in the same finish, I still hate that this had to go.

  16. Nick - you ARE the man!!! I thought I was just about the only one on the planet who likes Sherwood Green! I'm having my '59 p bass refinned in S.G. as we speak - can't wait for it to get done! Shoreline gold is my next favorite...very cool color indeed.

noone likes yellow??? yellow would have been ahead of alot of colors for me.
  19. Though I voted "white", I also like fiesta red, teal green metallic, sherwood green, black, burgundy mist, ice blue metallic, candy apple red, ocean turquoise, et c. I like most solid colours, except maybe lake placid blue, and other shades of blue that aren't light enough. And don't get me started on blue stains...
Apart from solids, I like most natural, coffe table basses, with fancy wood facings. At least as long they're not made out of quilted maple (especially if stained blue *shudder*).
