What head/cab combination do you think would give me a really good clear/warm/fat/round bass tone?

If anyone here has heard Serial Joe (the little kids who formed a heavy band up here in canada) their bassists tone on the song "deep" is what i'm talking about.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Hm, your description is of quite general nature. So it's really hard to give a specific recommendation.
But any decent modern bass rig should give you a good tone.
Keep in mind, though, that ANY bass sound on a record is the result of studio technology and much knob tweaking. A bass rig is mostly used for gigs only.
