So anyone out there know of any really nice and unique looking basses? do u have ne pics?
oh, i don't know...basses all look the same to me .
Aside from the classic Ampeg Scroll AEB-1 basses, I like the one that I attached.
I like it to.
Im gonna get a Stingray5 in this same color.
i like the look of a 35+ year old fender with out a refinsh. No fancy crap, its just a bass.
Too many to be "best lookin" But this chambered fretless by Basslabs catches my interest -
They were just in the USA for the first time at the just-ended NAMM show in the SWR booth.
A stock pre-CBS Precision or Jazz, in sunburst with it's original nitrocellulose finish still looks beautiful, too.
go to jacksonguitars.com and look around
This one really "tickles my fancy," if you will
Not sure what brand, but it's equipped with a neck-thru graphit neck... pretty cool, huh?
This one's a really cool Stingray
that would be a status graphite s2 classic
Or go to www.marleaux-bass.de and see the originals.
Cool. That's one of the nicest "graphite infested" basses I've seen. Now I can check out some more at their site. thanks
Best looking bass?
I am lucky enough to own it, at least IMHO.
just look at it!!!
A custom carved out precision bass style instrument that was converted to a 5-string fretless with Alembic pickups. A date underneath the neck heel indicates that it was built in 1974 but I think the neck is from a late 60's Fender P or J-bass.
Pictures don't do it justice.
and then there's this Sadowsky...
Some lucky gal named "Jenn" is gettin' this`un.
Mr. A sent me this pic`cause he's usin' the same
type of Macassar on the upper neck's bridge and
board (minus them ghost lines )...
The Bluegum top is in hyar...somewhars .
Hmmm...what's the Good Humor Man up to? ...
Here I go again.
