Anyone have experience with multistands? I need a quality stand...
Look no further than one of these:
A few people pmed me about hercules stands. I really need something durable. Have you tried the hercules to comapre?
This style is the most durable when it counts- during transport. No plastic pieces to break, the stand is it's own case, and it takes up very little space when broken down.
Seconded. Best I've ever used and as durable as they come.
Thx guys! I'm ordering the quik lok
I can vouch for the Warwick case stand that lowfreq33 posted the piccy of has my tbird pro Kramer forum iv and tokai tw551 basses sat in it with no problems great for gigs except keep finding guitars stuck in it
I have this one: http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B004N1JFXK
I really like it... There's a 5 version as well. I actually got another bracket and easily fit a 4th on mine.
You won't regret it. QL make super products for supporting things, that is their business, unlike a company like Warwick for example (just using them as an example since someone else brought them up) who's core business is in making musical instruments, not support products. I have yet to find a Quik-Lok bass guitar.
These hold 7 each in the background of course.
I have a three guitar Herculese stand I use at all my gigs. Very sturdy so far. I like how little room it takes on stage.
So does this.
And, more securely, too.
I have the Road Runner version of that, and it's stood up to gigging and being in a band trailer pretty good... I also agree that they fold up nicely...
I also have one of those, and like it quite a bit...
I use Hercules products. They are very durable, dependable, and they don't fall apart. Specifically I use the two guitar stand from them.
I own 3 Hercules stands 2 are double and one single. The guitar player in my band has one that holds 3 instruments. They are good quality and hold up well.
