I think it’s less about the vessel and more about the contents thereof. I’ve heard there are blends that actually expand the creative enzymes in the brain, or some such complicated medical stuff that gives me a headache every time i try to think about all that creative enzyme expansion and those willing to risk the potential hazard of expanding their brain beyond the physical limits of it’s natural protective enclosure. I guess that’s where the old expression about blowing one’s mind originated, Or they just read too much Castaneda.

Funny. I have a brandy shaped Larsen in my mouth right now. I used to make high grade pipes before my palsy kicked in. I can no longer hold the tools and my hands shake too much for the fine work needed.
