Best Wireless for 5 string?

  1. This might be the wrong forum but i need to get a wireless that i can use in 200-500 person venues. i've been looking at the new Samson Airline and the AKG guitarbug. anybody have experience with these using a 5 string? anybody erxperience tonal loss with a wireless? any suggestions? :confused:

    Sorry, man. It's just that the "Best Wireless" thread may be the absolute most common one. There's lotsa stuff in here about it. Just get a unit that goes down to at least 30 hz, 20 is better. Not many go that low.

    My Shure ULX goes down to 25 HZ and it is frequency agile(you can change the frequency on it), its expensive, but good.

    i think a shure wireless would be good. 25hz is plenty... besides.. you won't be playing any notes on a 5-string below that....
