To those who have seen it before, shh....its our secret.
Why does it have that p'up for the 5'er in it?? Was it originally a 5 but converted to a 4??
Looks photoshopped to me
You're high. Everyone thinks everything is photoshopped these days.
Looks pretty hacked. What is it, two 4-string pups put together?
According to headstock and bridge, it's a pre-EB.
Gorgeous one, BTW.
I'm assuming it's one of Leo Fender's experiments with pickup design. Since he went from a single polepiece under each string to dual polepieces to reduce the attack on the early Precisions, presumably this is a test of that same approach with the early Stingray.
That fused p/up would have made James Clerk Maxwell proud, must have a force-field like a Star Trek space ship!
Just for your information, Leo Fender did not design the MusicMan preamps or amps. It was Tommy Walker.
Gee--how do you know that?
I JUUUSSSSTTTTT Do.
I thought for a second that Musicman and Wishnevski had joined forces.
OK.....I will bite the hook.
What is it? Whats the story behind it?
I know whats the prob here if you look at the headstock, youll realize that it was made in canada! lol ffs!!
You have the top secret invisable 5 string MM stinger. Used in the U.S army base known as Area 51. Made to Grooooovafie the aliens.
its for display only, I'm not quite sure Big Poppa wouldnt want details leaked
