BG jam sessions in SE Okla?

Can anyone tell me where I can find info on any bluegrass jam sessions in Southeast Oklahoma (McAlester area), or northwest Arkansas?
I just took up the upright a couple of years ago and have been playing mostly at church (b/g gospel), and at home with cd's and some dvds, but would very much like to play and learn with other folks.
Any help/suggestions would be much appreciated.
