Bigger bottom - two 15" cabs, or one 4x12?

Im looking for that really low bottom sound. No slap and clank, just fingers and lowww sub sonic tone. I have Firebass 700 and one 15 cab and a 4x10 ampeg cab. Should I get another 15 cab to make two, or, I have a chance to get a 4x12 peavey. Which setup would give me the lowest lows?

it all depends on the specific cabinets. i don't have experience with the cabs in question, so i can't answer. it's really impssible to make sweeping generalzations based upon driver diameter as there are too many variables such as driver design, cab design, etc.

The Peavey 412TVX goes pretty damn low.
