Billy Sheehan Ampeg preamp ... need your opinion

  1. Hi guys,

    What can you tell me about that Billy Sheehan Ampeg pre amp ... ? Is it worth the money ? Suppose I use one with my Svt 3 pro ...
    (don't know very much about amps ...)

    it'd be smarter to get an ampeg svp-pro and a switcher... if you got the BSP you'd have 3 channels, 2 on the BSP and one on your SVT3. I can't see why you'd need more than two.

    The BSP was designed by billy sheenan (sp.) who used to run 2 SVT's one clean, and one distorted.... so if you just got an SVP-Pro, you could run it dirty and have what the BSP was intended for.
