Birdsong Cbass. Alder body, rosewood fretboard, Dimarzio P pickup. 6.4 lbs. Sounds just like a P bass, just smaller and lighter. Birdsong dosen't make this model anymore. In great shape. Has some players wear. There's a little wear above the pickup from resting thumb & an extra hole drilled for another strap peg behind lower horn.
This bass plays and sounds great! Nice low action.
    $1450 for So. California T'Br's

Bump for a great bass. This used to be mine. The ultimate lightweight P style bass.

That baby is screaming for some vintage cream PU covers and knobs. Great axe at a very good price. I have two Birdsongs. Scott makes the best shortscales at any price. GLWS!

I'll have to sell several of my babies to pay for it, but that is just perfect for my older hands. I have never play a Birdsong, but the quality and sound are legendary.

    What is the nut width?

And where are you? I am in Studio City.

    Im 60, so I understand :)
I live in San Clemente and work in Newport Beach.
I'm checking on the width of the nut, and get back to on that.

Thanks! Meanwhile, my friend has a Birdsong - I will borrow hers and see how it feels to me. I expect that they may be similar.

1.6 inches on the nut width I think... Birdsong site says 41mm... I love the narrow nut on my Birdsong...
