    i've heard of those alesis effects, but i've never heard how good they are. please keep us (ok fine, me) posted on how it sounds!

    I've got a Philtre too! I like it but haven't worked it into my live rig. The price is *very* reasonable for the quality you get. I also have the Alesis Bitrman, and it gets the stupidest thickest distortion I've ever heard. The ModFx series is great for people who like to tweak knobs all day!

    They discontinued the ModFx line... sucky.. but you can still get them...

    Oh.. I have had it since january... this is an oldass post... Super just wanted me to get off my lazy kiester and make him some sound samples...
