Anyone ever use biscuits to join body wings to a neck through?

No, but I feel like they'd be little tone-sinks.
The last thing I'd want in the middle of a bunch of hardwood is a little pocket of fiberboard.

    just my thoughts.

there's no need to use these on a typical body glue joint that is properly prepared and glued, as you don't have enough stress on the joint to warrant the added work

    all the best,

Although not necessary, I don't see it hurting! I mean, that's pretty much what a biscuit jointer is made for, eh?

Good to see you back around Hambone!

I used one to join the body on a bolt on I made. I found it hard to find where to put them where they did much good. You have so much routed out and to not put them where they will end up on the horn...
