    Actually, I'm thinking about putting the bell cover on a bass that just made its way back to me. I got used the cover when taking Thor's Geddy for a spin...

    That's pretty funny. :D

    Ironically, it makes slapping a lot easier in the tradtional position... however I'm leaning towards not drilling this beautiful top, so point taken.

    Cool, I is a beautiful top. I have quite a few in though. I have the Slim narrow ones about the width of the pickup, and then the normal wider ones.
