I've been thinking about getting a BMax again lately (had one until last summer) and I'm wondering what people know about the footswitch jacks. Can you use any old footswitch or do you need the "FS-BMAX footswitch" in the manual? I've only been able to find mention of that particular footswitch on a British site, and it's only available with purchase of a BMax.

I have the BBE footswitch, but I think you can use any footswitch that takes a TRS cable. Email BBE, they're pretty good about answering general questions.

  3. Or, you could PM DJNylonpants here on TB.
He works at BBE, and is very helpful.

When I had my BMax I had e-mailed Bmax as well a couple of times...never got an answer. i aslo tried using a Roland/Boss latching footswitch...didn't work. ZThe last time I PM'ed DJNylonpants...it was not Memo Romero a, but he gave me Memo's e-mail...that would be a good start.
