    1. Not his usual Trio - this is Sean Smith on bass, (check out his solo!), and Bill Stewart on drums.
    2. Composed by Jim Hall. I believe the title refers to an abrasive cleanser of the same name and some of the melody notes that "grind" against the Harmony. But I could be wrong.
(I have a/my leadsheet if anyone is interested - let me know...).

Sean is a great player and a great cat. He's done a number of bass clinics (along with Neal Miner and Lou Stelluti) at my former teacher's studio. A very personal and unique approach.

    "Dialogues"(?)...they talk pretty, already.
    JoLo's solo is...(words fail).
    Thanks for this, Michael.

Thanks, Don. A beautiful, captivating, yet quirky tune (in a lovable way). I have sent your lead sheet and a link to the Youtube recording to my pianist friend. We'll have to give it a try.

Do yourself a favor and listen to Here I'll Stay, from the same record. (Don posted that one a couple of years ago, I think... thanks Don!). Great playing and sound from Sean, and I don't know if I've ever heard better recorded brush work.
