    Hi

There's been a lot of talk about how a bongo would look with a maple fretboard. So I though I'd cut a stingray maple fretboard and photoshop it onto a bongo 5hh stealth.

The result is quite impressive IMO. I'd definitely love to have one of those if they are ever made.

Here's the picture. What do you think ?

Well, since you asked, I think the Bongo is just right with a dark fretboard.

That said, I'm sure there are people out there who are going to like the look of your 'shop.

To each his own, I say.

  3. Doesn't really do anything for me, but to each their own.

Looks sweet, I'd rock it, but I'd still probably get a Bongo in rosewood.

Do it with a cool wood like bloodwood or purpleheart now! Something that would truly never happen...

Well, since you opened up this Pandora's Box...

    Pale Moon Ebony.
    Bloodwood.

    DO IT.

    :ninja:

  8. I really dig it, and I'm not a huge maple person. Very cool!

  9. Another for Bloodwood! And Purpleheart!

I think it looks pretty awesome, but I love the black with rosewood.

  10. ebony or macassar ebony would be sweet.
    Roasted maple?
