Bongo looks like a new bass

    Finally got around to taking the pickguard off my 2005 EBMM Bongo 4HH, and lo! It doesn’t look like a frickin’ toilet anymore. I should have done this when I got it 2 years ago. Much less ugly.

    Also it didn’t help that I thought the pickguard itself was ugly.

    Yup, doesn't resembling a toilet without the pickguard but now looks like a heart. :)
    Seriously though, it doesn't look bad either way, well, it does looks different.

    I don't dislike the shape or the look with the pickguard honestly, but since it was pointed out to me that they kind of look like a toilet I can't un-see it, if you know what I mean. Still a great playing and sounding bass regardless.
